Cartographic Products: GPS Maps, Printed and Digital Maps and Topos

Maps, atlases and topographic maps purchased from Europe Maps are deemed to be the latest editions available. Please contact Europe Maps if you have any questions about our cartographic products. Europe Maps cannot cancel a special order once it has been initiated, nor can we return custom plotted topographic maps, GPS maps or other digital products. Please double check your order before you press the "Submit Order" button.

Shipping

Europe Maps uses USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class Mail (smaller single maps usually) to deliver our products whenever possible. The delivery charge for travel maps and atlases is $4.95 per order regardless of the shipping method used. Delivery charges for travel maps and atlases to addresses other than those in the US will be a minimum of $11.40. Most domestic orders arrive within two to three days.

Orders shipped to addresses outside of the US will take longer due to varying US Customs policies. Expedited shipping is available if you select it during checkout. Please include any special delivery requirements you have in the notes field of your order at the final checkout screen. Europe Maps will contact you by email to confirm our ability to meet your requirements before processing you order.

Wall maps and topographic maps are shipped (rolled) in tubes and will generate a separate shipping and handling charge of $8.70 per order minimum. Delivery charges for wall maps and topographic maps to addresses other than those in the continental US will be $13.75-$22.00, and in some cases it can be more.

Returns

Please contact Europe Maps for return authorization before you return any product. Orders returned without return authorization may not be accepted. You are responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all returns. All charges are promptly refunded once products are returned in like new and unopened condition.

If you have a problem with a GPS unit you must contact Garmin directly to resolve your problem. If your unit is defective it will be exchanged for a new unit. Returns on used units that are not defective are not allowed. Returns are not allowed on opened software.

In the event that an item is returned there will be a restocking fee of 30%. This applies to all products.

Europe Maps will reimburse any shipping charges on items that need to be returned due to errors on our part.

Backorders

Please contact us if your order is not complete. We can backorder maps or substitute maps as needed. Items are not automatically backordered.

Payment Policy

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards for online payment of your order. For payment by check contact Europe Maps using our "Contact Info" link and we will supply you with a pro-forma invoice that will include shipping charges and any applicable sales tax.
